Bob Krendel has spent a lifetime in the remodeling industry

He always enjoyed working with his hands, and construction seemed like a great way to earn a living doing what he loves. He started working in the field right after high school and opened his own residential remodeling company shortly after. He earned degrees in civil and industrial engineering while continuing to build his reputation in the remodeling business.

Veronica Sympson Krendel’s journey into the industry was more of a winding road

As a lawyer, she was a professional problem-solver, but quickly discovered that a career as a lawyer was incompatible with how she and Bob wanted to raise their three kids.

She decided to join Bob in his business to have greater flexibility for her family and so they could build something together.

And as anybody who works with their spouse can tell you – it’s been a wild ride!

During the pandemic, while we worked hard to keep our remodeling business going, I discovered coaching and became a Certified Life Coach. We realized that, through coaching, we can help so many more homeowners fulfill their dreams than we can in our remodeling business.
